About the course

The Bachelor of Viticulture at Charles Sturt University develops the scientific and practical skills needed for vineyard management and grape production. You’ll study viticulture, vine physiology, pests and diseases, irrigation, soil and water management, and supporting science in chemistry and plant/soil sciences. Designed for working professionals, the degree can be completed online (with possible intensive schools) and finished in four years full-time or part-time over up to six years.
