This hands-on degree prepares you for work in visual effects and entertainment design across film, television, games and animation. Delivered with CDW Studios, it provides industry-led teaching, access to experienced VFX instructors and professional input from major screen and game productions. You’ll develop technical and creative skills using specialised facilities and graduate with a strong portfolio for entry into the creative industries as a bachelor-level qualification in VFX and digital design.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue roles in the screen and interactive entertainment industries, applying VFX and digital design skills to film, TV, animation and games. Career paths may include visual effects artist, 3D/2D artist, compositor, motion graphics or animation roles, and other production and digital design positions. The course emphasises industry practice, professional mentoring and portfolio development to support employment in studio and project-based work as a bachelor-qualified creative professional.
