The Bachelor of Visual Arts (Honours) helps you develop an individual research-led art practice through advanced studio work and supervised inquiry. You can build on your undergraduate specialisation or shift into a new area, choosing a studio practice pathway with a research paper or a dissertation route. The program strengthens your capability for professional artistic practice and progression to higher research study in visual arts. The programme combines disciplinary knowledge, applied learning, and graduate competencies for professional career entry.

Graduates may pursue creative practice and portfolio-based careers as emerging contemporary artists and makers, supported by strong research and critical skills.
