About the course
This undergraduate Taxation Law specialisation comprises four units designed to build practical knowledge of taxation law to complement another major. You’ll explore how tax laws apply in domestic and international contexts and strengthen your ability to navigate tax complexities relevant to business and professional practice. Learning may include experiential opportunities such as field trips, study tours and engagement with real cases through the Curtin Tax Clinic. The programme builds legal reasoning, case analysis, and professional ethics for legal practice and public service pathways.
