About the course

This combined degree builds advanced surveying expertise alongside business capability. You’ll study spatial measurement and mapping, cadastral and mine surveying, geodesy, satellite positioning, remote sensing and land-management law, while developing skills in accounting, finance, management and leadership. Complete two bachelor degrees in five years and graduate prepared to manage projects, teams and consulting work as a surveying and business professional. The programme introduces business strategy, finance, marketing, and leadership foundations for commercial organisations.

Career outcome

Graduates can pursue careers across land and infrastructure development, resources and geospatial services, supported by strong business skills for leadership or entrepreneurship. Roles may include registered land surveyor, mining surveyor, hydrographic surveyor, geospatial specialist or photogrammetrist, working in consultancies, private practice, government or mining. The combined qualification supports progression into management, business ownership or broader project and operations roles.
