About the course
This double degree combines psychology with human resource management and industrial relations to build expertise in human behaviour and workplace practice. You’ll learn to support recruitment, performance and team effectiveness while developing knowledge of relevant legislative and legal frameworks. Pathways are noted for those aiming to become a registered psychologist after additional accredited study and training. This is an undergraduate double degree in psychology and commerce.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue roles across people and organisational functions, including human resources officer/consultant, recruitment consultant, industrial relations officer/consultant, training officer and public relations officer/consultant. The course is accredited by AHRI, supporting professional recognition in HR. With further accredited psychology study and supervised training, graduates may progress toward registration as a psychologist. This is an undergraduate double degree for careers spanning psychology-informed business practice.

Minimum ATAR 70 or equivalent.
