About the course
Culinology blends food science with culinary arts to improve food quality and innovation. Develops applied science skills for product development and food systems. The Bachelor of Science (Honours) (Culinology) (Bachelor Degree / Honours Degree) curriculum develops core academic skills, critical thinking, and discipline-specific foundations needed for progression into higher-level university study.
Career outcome
Graduates may work in food R&D, product development or quality assurance. Careers span food manufacturers, innovation kitchens and ingredient/supplier companies.
