About the course
This course provides the opportunity for eligible graduates of the Bachelor of Public Health and Bachelor of Health Science to extend their skills and understanding of the research process and develop skills in clinically focused research. The honours program places public health research within the professional, philosophical, historical, social, cultural and political contexts of health. The programme develops clinical skills, patient care fundamentals, and health sciences knowledge for registered practice pathways.
Career outcome
Graduates are equipped for professional entry roles in Health Sciences and further postgraduate study. Graduates register as nurses, allied health professionals, or community health practitioners. Preparing graduates for nursing, allied health, and community care professional registration and graduate roles.
