About the course
Flinders’ Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) explores human behaviour and mental processes, building skills in psychological theory, research methods and evidence-based practice. You’ll study contemporary psychology and develop analytical and communication capabilities, with opportunities for practical experience and study abroad. The in-person program at Bedford Park provides an accredited honours pathway that can support progression toward further training in psychology. The programme explores human behaviour, research methods, and applied psychology for community and organisational settings.
Career outcome
Graduates can apply psychological knowledge across health, community and organisational settings, using research and behaviour-change skills to support wellbeing and inform decision-making. Career directions may include roles in mental health and community services, government and policy, education, research support, and people-focused roles in business and organisations.
