About the course
UOW’s Bachelor of Psychological Science (Marketing) explores how people think, feel and behave, and applies that understanding to real-world marketing contexts. You’ll study evidence-based psychology alongside marketing-focused perspectives to help explain consumer decision-making and behaviour change. The degree builds foundational research and analytical skills and is delivered on campus at Wollongong as a three-year bachelor qualification in psychology. The programme introduces business strategy, finance, marketing, and leadership foundations for commercial organisations.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue roles that combine behavioural insight with marketing practice, such as marketing or communications coordinator, consumer/market research assistant, customer insights analyst, behavioural research support roles, or positions in advertising and digital marketing teams. The psychology foundation is also relevant to people-focused roles across business and government. Career options align with a bachelor-level qualification applying psychological science in marketing and consumer behaviour settings.
