About the course
This Bachelor of Psychological Science (Human Resource Management) explores human behaviour through the scientific study of the mind, linking psychological theory with workplace practice. You’ll develop understanding of how people think, feel and act, and how this knowledge can be applied to organisational settings such as recruitment, performance, and wellbeing. It is an on-campus undergraduate psychology degree at UOW. The programme introduces business strategy, finance, marketing, and leadership foundations for commercial organisations.
