About the course
This double degree combines psychological science with law, leveraging Bond’s three-semester-per-year structure to complete both qualifications in under four years. You’ll build scientific understanding of human behaviour alongside core legal knowledge and professionalism, strengthening skills relevant to negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution. The law component is an approved pathway to legal practice with completion of the GDLP, within this Bachelor-level program in psychology and law.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue pathways toward legal practice (with the GDLP) and roles where psychological insight strengthens legal and professional decision-making. Career options may include legal practice areas involving negotiation, mediation and dispute resolution, as well as roles across government, corporate, compliance and policy settings where understanding behaviour and evidence-based reasoning is valued. Further study can support progression toward practising lawyer or registered psychologist careers from this Bachelor-level psychology and law degree.
