About the course
This double degree combines psychological science with legal studies to build an integrated understanding of human behaviour and the law. You can tailor studies across areas such as social psychology, ethics, mental health, disability and human rights. Designed as a structured double degree, it reduces overall study time compared with completing both degrees separately while expanding career flexibility and professional networks in law and psychology. The programme builds legal reasoning, case analysis, and professional ethics for legal practice and public service pathways.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue pathways where legal practice benefits from psychological insight, including criminal and family law, human rights and advocacy, and work intersecting with mental health policy and services. The combined qualifications also support roles in justice and regulatory settings, community and government agencies, and areas such as forensic and behavioural advisory work. Career options span both legal environments and psychology-informed practice. Preparing graduates for legal practice, paralegal, compliance, and public sector legal support roles.
