About the course

Study how property markets work and how development decisions shape cities and communities. You’ll build skills in property economics, valuation, investment, development feasibility and market analysis, supported by real-world learning and industry connections. The course is designed to prepare you for professional practice across the property and real estate sector in a Bachelor-level property discipline. The programme introduces business strategy, finance, marketing, and leadership foundations for commercial organisations.

Career outcome

Graduates may work across the property industry in roles such as property analyst, valuer, investment or development analyst, assistant development manager, property/asset manager, or research analyst. Opportunities exist with real estate and valuation firms, developers, consultancies, investment funds and government agencies. Career pathways reflect a Bachelor-level qualification focused on property economics and the built environment market.
