About the course
This honours program is for high-achieving Bachelor of Politics, Philosophy and Economics students who want to deepen expertise in politics through advanced study and a substantial research project. You’ll investigate a complex topic of interest, build research and analytical skills, and work closely with academic staff on an individualised honours pathway. It is an undergraduate honours qualification in politics within the PPE discipline. The programme introduces business strategy, finance, marketing, and leadership foundations for commercial organisations.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue roles needing strong policy, research and analytical capability across government and public policy, political advisory work, diplomacy and foreign affairs, advocacy and lobbying, and business development or administration. The honours research experience also supports pathways into further study and research-focused work. It is an undergraduate honours qualification preparing for politics- and policy-related careers. Preparing graduates for business analyst, management trainee, marketing, and operations entry-level roles.
