About the course

The Bachelor of Social Work provides graduates with the theoretical and practical skills required to work as a professional social worker, an occupation that the Australian government predicts will continue to experience very strong growth. Graduates are eligible for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.

What you might learn

As part of this course, you will undertake core and elective subjects such as understanding social patterns and criminal law in order to find out what drives policy and social changes. Graduates of this course should be able to find employment within the industry or have built a solid foundation towards obtaining a Masters degree.
