About the course

Bond’s Bachelor of Property examines the full lifecycle of property and the built environment, from feasibility analysis and planning through to construction, finance, investment and valuation. You’ll develop understanding of property markets, rights, trusts and taxation, and sustainability in development. The program emphasises practical industry engagement, including working with real clients and projects in a fast-growing development region as a Bachelor-level qualification in property and built environment.
