Criminology (Honours)

About the course

Honours in Criminology is an intensive year-long program that enables students to research a topic they are passionate about. Students will have the opportunity to develop their own original research project and conduct empirical or theoretical research under the guidance of a supervisor who is a specialist in the relevant field.

What you might learn

As part of this course, you will undertake core and elective subjects such as understanding social patterns and criminal law in order to find out what drives policy and social changes. Graduates of this course should be able to find employment within the industry or have built a solid foundation towards obtaining a Masters degree.
