About the course
The undergraduate hospitality & tourism program provides foundation and advanced studies in the disciplines of food and beverage knowledge, sustainable procurement for hospitality and tourism, tourism attraction management and project restaurant.
What you will learn
Advanced levels of knowledge and skill in those disciplines are developed through a combination of core and elective subjects such as marketing, strategy and leadership, financial concepts, business analytics, risk and legal issues, tourism theories and concepts.
Career outcome
Upon graduating from this program, you may be employed in roles such as travel agent, hotel manager, customer service officer, conference coordinator, tour guide, catering manager and etc. in companies including Airbnb, Tesla, Lyft, Motivate, Wild China and etc.
