About the course

This double degree combines accredited accounting studies with a progressive, practice-oriented law program. You’ll build business and financial capability alongside core legal knowledge and professional skills needed for admission to legal practice, with opportunities for practical experience such as clinics, placements, advocacy and negotiation activities. Graduates are prepared for careers spanning accounting practice and legal services through a Bachelor-level qualification in accounting and law.

Career outcome

Graduates can pursue roles across accounting and legal sectors, supported by professional recognition pathways in accounting and preparation for legal practice. Career directions may include auditing, taxation, insolvency, treasury and financial or forensic accounting, as well as work in courts and law firms. This combined Bachelor degree supports employment in government, corporate and professional services where both legal and financial expertise are valued in law and accounting. Preparing graduates for accounting, audit assistant, banking, and financial services entry roles.
