Marine Science (Extended Major) gives you broad exposure to marine science, building deeper understanding of ocean systems and their living communities. You’ll explore both physical and biological components of marine environments, drawing on strengths from the Marine Biology and Coastal Processes majors. This undergraduate extended major is designed to support further study and applied work across marine and coastal science contexts. The programme develops laboratory techniques, scientific writing, and analytical methods for research and industry settings.
