About the course
Flinders’ English major explores how people make sense of the world through storytelling, studying literary works from across centuries and cultures. You’ll develop strong reading, writing and critical interpretation skills suited to today’s media-saturated environment. Choose from diverse topics such as medieval literature, gothic and horror, life narrative studies and children’s literature, including options that blend English with creative writing. This is an undergraduate major in English.
