About the course
This graduate-entry Bachelor of Laws (Honours) is designed for students who already hold a completed non-law degree and want a professionally oriented law qualification. You study core foundations of Australian law alongside electives that let you explore specialist areas and build advanced research capability. The course can be taken on campus at Gardens Point or online, with a structured study plan across three years full-time. It is an undergraduate honours law program.
Career outcome
Graduates are prepared for a wide range of law and law-related careers, supported by the course’s applied, real-world focus and advanced research skills. The degree can support pathways into general or specialist legal practice, and also roles across government, community organisations, business and industry where legal knowledge is valued. Further practical legal training is required for admission to practise. It is an undergraduate honours qualification in law.
