About the course
The Bachelor of Laws (Honours) (Direct Entry) is a four-year degree providing a comprehensive legal education with a strong practical focus. You will study core areas required for admission, explore electives, and learn how law operates in its social and ethical context. An integrated skills program builds capability in research, drafting, interviewing, advocacy and negotiation, with exchange opportunities available. This is an undergraduate honours qualification in Law. The programme builds legal reasoning, case analysis, and professional ethics for legal practice and public service pathways.
Career outcome
Graduates are prepared for pathways toward admission as a lawyer in Australia (with required Practical Legal Training), and for broader roles where legal expertise is valued.
