About the course

Develop practical, multi-platform journalism skills through hands-on production while building a strong grounding in storytelling and media practice. You’ll work with writing, audio, video and data journalism, using UQ’s production facilities and learning contemporary publishing and distribution approaches. Industry input and support help you build a portfolio and real-world capability in a Bachelor degree focused on journalism and media communication. The programme develops media literacy, content creation, and professional communication skills for digital and corporate environments.
