About the course
This degree provides world-class training in international relations and helps you understand contemporary global affairs. You study the historical and intellectual foundations of the field and examine how state and non-state actors interact across cultural, economic, environmental and security dimensions. The program also builds practical capability through policy analysis and data literacy, with options such as language study, exchange and internships.

Entry requirements
Entry is based on meeting ANU admission requirements for an undergraduate single degree. Indicative selection ranks shown include ATAR 85 (or equivalent) and International Baccalaureate 33. Applicants may also be eligible for adjustment factors. Additional requirements may apply depending on applicant type (domestic or international) and prior study.
