About the course
This degree focuses on networking and cyber security skills to protect sensitive data across business, government and personal systems. You’ll study computer networks, protocols and hardware, learn how security breaches occur, and develop practical capabilities in investigation, defence and ethical hacking. The course includes co-operative, paid industry placement and career development to build job-ready experience. It is a Bachelor programme in IT & Computer Science. The programme builds programming, systems thinking, and data skills for technology-driven industries and startups.

Graduates can pursue roles securing and operating networked systems across a wide range of organisations. Typical careers include ethical hacker, ICT security specialist, network architect/designer, network administrator, networking and security officer, and product security manager.
