About the course
This double degree combines information technology with an honours law program, building strong capabilities in computing alongside legal analysis and professional practice. You will study core IT units and specialise in either computer science or information systems, while completing the required law curriculum and honours-level law units. Graduates gain a broad interdisciplinary foundation across IT & Computer Science at bachelor/honours level. The programme builds programming, systems thinking, and data skills for technology-driven industries and startups.

Graduates are suited to careers spanning technology and law, including roles in legal practice (after required practical legal training), technology consulting, digital governance, compliance and risk, privacy and cyber-related regulation, and law-and-technology policy. The combined skillset supports work in law firms, government, corporates and technology organisations where technical understanding and legal reasoning intersect in IT & Computer Science at bachelor/honours level.
