About the course
This combined Bachelor of Information Systems/Bachelor of Laws (Honours) integrates business-focused information systems with an accredited law degree and honours-level research. You’ll learn to design, develop and manage information systems while building strong legal knowledge through case-based learning and authentic assessment. The program emphasises practical skills including advocacy, negotiation, legal technology and work-integrated experiences. This is an undergraduate honours qualification in Law and information systems.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue careers across legal practice and technology-enabled business roles. Pathways include working as a solicitor or barrister (with required practical legal training), as well as roles such as project manager, database administrator, network developer, commercial analyst or general manager. The combined skill set supports work in government, corporate and community sectors where legal insight and information systems capability intersect. This is an undergraduate honours pathway spanning Law and IT & Computer Science.
