About the course
The Human Resource Management major provides a strong theoretical and practical grounding in managing people and employment across Australia and international contexts. You’ll explore how organisations recruit, develop and retain talent, and how employment relations and workforce strategy support business goals. This is an undergraduate major designed to build core capabilities in people management within business. The programme introduces business strategy, finance, marketing, and leadership foundations for commercial organisations.
