About the course

This Human Resource Management major focuses on helping organisations achieve business goals while supporting employee wellbeing, performance and job satisfaction. You’ll study core HR practices such as recruitment, remuneration, performance management, training and development, employment relations, conflict management and HR analytics. Learning includes practical projects and opportunities for industry experiences such as internships or study tours, within an undergraduate business context.

Career outcome

Graduates can pursue careers across private, public and not-for-profit sectors in roles supporting workforce capability and organisational performance. Typical pathways include HR manager or consultant, recruitment consultant, training and development consultant, employment relations practitioner, and employee wellbeing and enablement consultant.
