About the course

The Bachelor of Hospitality Management (Honours) equips students with intellectual and leadership capabilities for international managerial positions within prestigious hospitality organisations. The curriculum emphasises dynamic, interactive experiential learning and hands-on exposure to hotel operations. Students gain practical experience through live laboratories such as the Oenology Laboratory, Coffee and Tea Academy, Upper East Side Café, Samplings on the Fourteenth, and the Executive Club Suite.

What you might learn

The programme aims to develop students’ commercial and managerial expertise for the hospitality industry, building the skills needed to add value in professional hospitality organisations. Students learn key concepts, techniques, and management practices across core hotel and service functions through academically challenging and industry-relevant coursework. The course also develops practical operational capability through applied learning environments and industry-experienced lecturers.

Graduates can pursue supervisory and management-track roles across hotels, resorts, and other hospitality businesses, with pathways into international hospitality organisations. Entry requirements

STPM / A-Levels or equivalent with a minimum of 2 principal passes.
UEC with minimum 5 credits.
Applicants who possess other qualifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
