About the course
Bond’s Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours, Intensive) is an accelerated honours pathway built around an independent, supervised research project completed over two semesters. You develop and deliver a focused study from concept and planning through to data collection, analysis and reporting, culminating in an honours thesis and research seminar. The program strengthens research and project skills and supports progression to postgraduate research in health sciences.
Career outcome
Graduates are prepared for research-focused roles and further study by demonstrating advanced analytical and critical thinking, project management, and strong written and oral communication. The honours experience supports entry to research higher degrees and can assist careers in health and medical research environments, universities and institutes, and evidence-based roles in health organisations where designing, conducting and presenting research is valued at bachelor honours level in health sciences.
