About the course
This accredited degree combines exercise science and psychological science to explore how physical activity and behaviour influence health and performance. You’ll build scientific knowledge of human movement, anatomy, biomechanics and physiology alongside psychology foundations such as assessment methods and principles of behaviour. The course includes applied learning and placement expectations across selected campuses, preparing you for a Bachelor-level pathway in sport, exercise and psychology-related practice.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue roles across sport, exercise and wellbeing settings where physical and psychological factors intersect. Opportunities include work in athlete and wellbeing support, strength and conditioning and performance environments, rehabilitation and community health programmes, and roles connected to education and behaviour change. With additional postgraduate training, the degree can also support a pathway toward registration as a psychologist in the sports and exercise context.
