About the course
This combined degree explores how physical activity and psychology influence health and performance. You’ll study exercise and sport science foundations such as physiology, biomechanics and exercise programming, alongside psychological science, research methods and understanding behaviour. The program emphasises practical experience through placements and industry engagement, preparing you to support physical and mental wellbeing across individual, team and community settings in a Bachelor-level sports science and psychology pathway.
