About the course
UWA’s Bachelor of Environmental Design introduces design and planning for natural and built environments. You’ll explore how architecture, landscape architecture, urban design and environmental planning respond to social, economic, environmental and technological needs. The degree builds creative and analytical skills through studio-style learning and applied projects, preparing you for further professional study. This is an undergraduate degree in architecture and the built environment.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue pathways in the built environment and planning sectors, supporting the design of places, landscapes and cities. The course provides a foundation for roles assisting architecture, landscape architecture and urban/environmental planning teams, across government, consultancies and development organisations.
