This double degree combines engineering study with commerce to build both technical and corporate capability. You’ll develop engineering knowledge alongside business acumen to help you lead and manage large-scale engineering projects and operate confidently in corporate environments. High-achieving students may be eligible to undertake an honours year involving a substantial research project within their engineering discipline. The programme combines engineering fundamentals, design projects, and industry-ready technical problem-solving skills.

Graduates can pursue roles that bridge engineering and business, supporting technical delivery and commercial decision-making. Career paths may include project engineer or engineering consultant with finance, budgeting and risk responsibilities, as well as project manager, contracts or procurement roles in major infrastructure, resources, energy and manufacturing organisations.
