This degree prepares you to teach children from birth to Year 6, combining early childhood learning and development with the primary curriculum. You’ll explore play-based learning and a broad range of teaching methods across key learning areas such as English, mathematics, science, humanities, health and the arts. Professional placements in early learning centres and schools build classroom-ready skills for a Bachelor-level teaching career. The programme develops classroom practice, curriculum knowledge, and educational psychology for teaching professions.

Graduates are qualified to teach from birth to Year 6, working in early learning settings, kindergarten and pre-primary, and primary school classrooms.
