About the course

This major explores how digital and social media shape contemporary society, culture and politics. You’ll study online communication fundamentals alongside emerging digital innovations such as artificial intelligence, and examine how the internet influences economies and political systems. The major also builds practical skills to create, manage and maintain online communication across web publishing, collaboration tools and virtual communities within a bachelor-level double degree pathway in media and communication.
