About the course
This five-year double degree combines landscape architecture with an accredited engineering honours qualification. You will build design capability through studio-style Impact Lab units and a landscape architecture major, alongside core engineering studies and your chosen engineering specialisation. Work Integrated Learning is embedded, including a requirement for 60 days of approved industry experience. This is an undergraduate double degree in the built environment and engineering disciplines.

Graduates can pursue careers that connect designed landscapes and engineered systems across the public and private sectors. Opportunities include landscape architect, urban/landscape designer, infrastructure and civil project roles, environmental and water-sensitive design teams, and multidisciplinary consulting.
