About the course
This design degree takes you through video game and interactive digital media production from concept to final output. Delivered in partnership with the University of Canberra, it builds specialist skills in game art, game design and interactive digital media. You’ll learn contemporary studio workflows and collaborate on commercial projects in a games production studio, preparing you for professional practice in game development at bachelor level. The programme develops design, animation, visual storytelling, and digital media production for creative industries.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue creative or technical roles across game and interactive media production. Typical careers include 3D animator, 3D game artist, concept artist, level designer, interface designer, game designer, game producer and interactive designer. Skills developed in modelling, texturing, animation and real-time rendering can support work in game studios and broader digital design and multimedia sectors for bachelor-level entry roles.
