About the course
UOW’s Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) builds core business capability alongside specialist HR knowledge for managing people, culture and workplace performance. You’ll develop practical skills in areas such as organisational behaviour, employment relations and talent development, supported by industry-informed learning and professional networking opportunities. This is an undergraduate business degree with a Human Resource Management major. The programme introduces business strategy, finance, marketing, and leadership foundations for commercial organisations.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue roles supporting people strategy and organisational performance across private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Typical pathways include HR officer/adviser roles, recruitment and talent acquisition, learning and development support, employee relations, workforce planning and policy roles, and broader business coordination positions where people management is central.
