About the course
This major within UniSC’s Bachelor of Business prepares you for contemporary people and culture roles by combining core business knowledge with specialist human resource management study. You’ll build skills in communication, leadership and workplace relations, and learn how to support inclusive, productive teams. The program includes applied learning through an industry-facing project or internship, culminating in a Bachelor-level qualification in business and HR. The programme introduces business strategy, finance, marketing, and leadership foundations for commercial organisations.
