About the course
This honours major in Public Relations within QUT’s Bachelor of Business (Honours) develops advanced research and analytical capabilities for evidence-based practice. You complete four coursework units covering business research methods and seminars, plus a substantial dissertation under supervision. Study is primarily based at Gardens Point, with some units available online, and is designed to build specialist capability in public relations research at honours level. The programme introduces business strategy, finance, marketing, and leadership foundations for commercial organisations.

Graduates may pursue research-informed roles in public relations and strategic communication across corporate, government, consultancy and not-for-profit settings.
