Flinders’ Bachelor of Business (Honours) is a one-year program that deepens your expertise in a chosen business specialisation while building advanced research capability. You complete an honours thesis and study research design and methods, developing innovation and project-management skills. The course is designed for high-performing graduates and can provide a pathway to higher degree research and PhD study in business. The programme introduces business strategy, finance, marketing, and leadership foundations for commercial organisations.
