About the course
This double degree combines business and law to build broad commercial knowledge alongside a strong foundation in legal reasoning and practice. You’ll study through UC’s Canberra Business School and Canberra Law School, developing analytical, communication and professional skills for complex, real-world contexts. Designed for on-campus study in Canberra, the program supports pathways into both corporate and legal environments at bachelor level. The programme introduces business strategy, finance, marketing, and leadership foundations for commercial organisations.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue roles that sit at the intersection of commerce and law, applying legal knowledge in business settings and commercial insight in legal work. Potential pathways include legal and compliance support, corporate governance, policy and regulatory roles, contract administration, risk and business advisory work, and progression toward legal practice subject to further requirements.
