About the course

This double degree combines business and communication with a focus on community and public relations. You will study both components concurrently, building core business knowledge alongside communication theory and practice, plus QUT You units. The course is structured around business core units and a business major, together with communication core units and a communication major, preparing you for work across organisations and public-facing roles in media and communication at bachelor level.

Career outcome

Career paths may include public relations and communications officer, community engagement advisor, media relations and publicity specialist, internal communications coordinator, and digital communications or analytics roles.
