About the course

This double degree combines psychology and criminology to explore the motivations, contexts and consequences of criminal behaviour. You’ll study key areas of human behaviour and psychological research alongside justice systems, legal processes and evidence-based crime prevention. The program includes blended learning and develops research and problem-solving skills for work across justice and behavioural science fields at bachelor level in psychology/criminology. The programme explores human behaviour, research methods, and applied psychology for community and organisational settings.

Career outcome

Graduates may pursue roles across criminal justice, community and government services, and security-focused organisations. Potential careers include criminologist or crime researcher, intelligence or security analyst, law enforcement or border protection roles, community corrections, probation and parole, victim support services, youth support, disability support, and policy or advocacy positions. The psychology component is designed to align with APAC requirements at bachelor level in psychology/criminology.
