About the course
The Bachelor of Arts (Performance and Theatre) builds critical thinking, communication and analytical skills through the study of performance, theatre practice and related humanities disciplines. You’ll engage with human culture and contemporary ideas while developing creative and interpretive capabilities. Study on campus at Wollongong with flexible full-time or part-time options in an undergraduate Arts & Humanities degree. The programme develops design, animation, visual storytelling, and digital media production for creative industries.
Career outcome
Graduates may pursue roles across creative and cultural industries, including performance and theatre production support, arts administration, media and publishing, communications, writing and community-focused organisations. The degree also develops transferable skills suited to government, policy, education pathways and business-facing roles such as marketing and consulting. Career directions align with a Bachelor-level Arts & Humanities qualification in performance and theatre.
