This Bachelor of Arts in Western Civilisation (Honours) (Philosophy) builds broad cultural and intellectual perspective through deep engagement with influential texts and ideas. You’ll develop critical reading, argument and writing skills, and explore enduring philosophical questions alongside studies in the Western tradition. Delivered on campus at Wollongong, the degree supports preparation for further study and intellectually focused careers in the humanities. The programme combines disciplinary knowledge, applied learning, and graduate competencies for professional career entry.
